ERP Consultant Business Central (Support & Management)

As an ERP Consultant Business Central (Support & Management), you work on complex functional and technical issues and help clients work more effectively with their ERP environment. In this role, you are the connecting link between clients, our industry solution Agrio, and internal experts. You work from our offices in Hengelo or Zwolle, with hybrid working options available. You play a key role in optimizing business processes within the agri and food sector, where our industry solution Agrio takes a central place in your daily tasks.
What you will do as an ERP Consultant Business Central (Support & Management)
As an ERP Consultant, you are the point of contact for clients with functional and technical questions within their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, in combination with our own industry solution Agrio.
Agrio is at the core of our services and enables clients to optimally support and digitize their processes in the agri and food sector. You work closely with clients, often active in the potato and seed sector, as well as with fellow consultants and developers.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Supporting clients in solving technical and functional issues, often within the Business Central environment in combination with Agrio.
- Functionally preparing and escalating technical issues to 3rd line support.
- Assisting with upgrades, releases, and testing.
- Collaborating with Business Consultants and Software Developers.
- Advising clients on more efficient processes and systems.
This position offers plenty of challenges and complexity. The learning trajectory is intensive but engaging, with ample opportunities to specialize in Business Central in combination with Agrio. You work with a dynamic team where your ideas and initiative truly make an impact.
What you can expect from us
You will earn between €3,800 - €4,800. You can also receive additional bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.

What we expect from you
You are analytical, customer-oriented, and have strong communication skills. With your technical knowledge and insight into business processes, you can quickly analyze problems and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs. You have a curious attitude and are motivated to continue developing yourself within the latest ERP techniques.
You recognize yourself in the following:
- A completed vocational or higher education degree in ICT or a related field.
- Experience with technical IT support, application management, or ERP systems.
- Preferably knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision/Business Central or other ERP software.
- Affinity with the agri and food sector.
- You easily switch between clients, consultants, and development.
- Affinity with financial business processes is a plus.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
